If you are a consumer (an individual engaging our services outside your trade, business, craft or profession) and you have used our website, phone, email, or other distance means to engage our services or if we have made our agreement with you away from our offices, such as at your home, then you may be entitled, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to cancel your agreement with us within 14 days without giving any reason. Please refer to our standard Terms and Conditions for more information on this right.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement in a durable form (e.g. a letter sent by post). You may use the Cancellation Form attached to our Term and Conditions or the web Cancellation Form below, but it is not obligatory to use these either of the Cancellation Forms. In all cases you must ensure that you have provided written notice to cancel. If you choose to write to us to cancel, please ensure you keep a copy of any cancellation notice and obtain proof of postage.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of your agreement with us.
Complete and submit this Cancellation Form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract pursuant to your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
