Many companies claim to be the best at what they do. We don’t say we are the best; but neither do we claim to be mundane…
We say that in almost two decades we have established a reputation for professionalism and excellence. We have received awards and recognition in parliamentary receptions in the House of Commons for our public health noise work. Our Noisedirect service has been commended in two separate parliamentary Early Day Motions; and receives referrals from household Insurance companies, as part of their legal cover for disputes affecting homes and businesses.
We regularly meet with Minsters and Government departments about public health issues. We have achieved a national profile and appeared in local and national press, Radio and TV news, programmes. We have been involved in key strategic developments such as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Kings Cross, St Pancras Redevelopment, Crossrail, London 2012 Olympics, and other substantial Masterplanning and Regeneration initiatives.
We were one of the first companies to provide a national property inspection service for Entry Clearance. We provide a nationwide safe homes service for housing standards under HHSRS, Decent Homes and private sector licensing inspections, under the stand alone portal of: HouseLet Direct.
We work with corporate, public and private sector landlords and provide bespoke inspection and management packages. We have been involved in cases for personal injury, statutory and private nuisance, housing, food safety, health and safety, and human rights. We have appeared in Tribunal, Magistrates’, County Court and High Court hearings. We have successfully challenged planning decisions by way of appeal to the Planning Inspectorate in England, Scotland, and Wales. We have conducted successful Licence reviews and appeals under the Licensing Act 2003.
Our team of dedicated personnel are committed to enabling and enforcing health improving changes in ordinary people’s lives, particularly in respect of their living conditions and local environment. All our personnel are highly qualified and experienced members of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, Royal Society for Public Health, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Town and Country Planning Association and Institute of Acoustics or other professional bodies.
We are committed to helping create healthy, harmonious and sustainable places
“We firmly believe that a key role for all health professionals is to safeguard the health of vulnerable, socially excluded individuals, who are most likely to be exposed to poor living and environmental conditions and suffer poorer health. We don’t just act for Clients in high profile cases; we believe in reducing health inequalities and provide the same levels of high service to all our Clients”.
We believe in a right to respect for all, and in order to embrace diversity and promote inclusivity, we have for many years positively promoted the use of gender neutral language including job titles and pronouns when referring to individuals. We use the the gender neutral title ‘Mx’ alongside traditional titles on all forms and databases wherever possible, alongside gender neutral pronouns including ‘ze, hir, hirs’; ’xe, xem, xyr’; ’ze, zir, zirs; and ’they, them, their’.
We don’t claim to be the best at what we do. We let you decide.
