Entry Clearance Property Inspections

When the Consultant visits you will need to provide the following:

  • Proof of ID for the Sponsor
  • A copy of the Sponsors tenancy agreement/ proof that the Sponsor owns the property (building society letter)
  • Proof of earnings (payslip or bank statement) to verify that the Sponsor is able to meet the rent if property is rented, and meet the housing needs of the applicant
  • The address of the British High Commission/ appeal tribunal in the Applicants country of origin
  • Your solicitor's details if you are using one
  • The Applicant(s) full name & date of birth
  • Details of other adults or children living at the property.

The Consultant will also need to inspect the property and take measurements of the bedrooms, living and dining rooms.

Provided everything is satisfactory a report can normally be prepared and released the same day as the inspection and or the next working day. All reports are sent by standard first class post and or recorded delivery.
